How it works
Three steps, and at every step you know where you stand.
You order online
Pick a product, click a colour, fill in your details. You get your order confirmed by email, with colour codes and quantities so you can check it.
We pick and cut
Your order is picked from stock, cut to size where needed, packed and put on a pallet. It all happens at one address, so nothing goes wrong along the way.
It is where you want it
Delivered to the address you enter with your order: your own warehouse or shop, or straight to the building address. Delivery and invoice address may differ.

Our own stock
Every standard colour is on a pallet in Nijverdal. Your order gets picked, not scheduled.
Our own production
We make it ourselves. No middlemen and no waiting on a factory abroad.

Where we deliver
Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
In the Netherlands the three working day promise applies. If you are delivering to Belgium or Germany, check with us what it comes to for your destination.
Collection can be arranged, at Lochtersweg 47-49 in Nijverdal, on working days between 07:00 and 15:30. Just mention it in the comments field with your order.
Public holidays do not count
The counter on this page skips weekends, but does not take official public holidays into account. If your order falls around a holiday, give us a ring. Then you know for sure.
Questions about delivery
What we get asked most
What happens if I order after 14:00?
Then the next working day counts as the order day. Order on a Friday afternoon at 16:00 and the counter starts on Monday. The counter at the top of this page works that out for you automatically.
Do I get a message when my order is on its way?
You get your order confirmed by email as soon as it comes in. If you want to know exactly when the van arrives, call or email and we will look it up for you.
Can you deliver to a building address or to a customer of mine?
Yes. When ordering you fill in a delivery address and an invoice address. They may differ, so you can have it sent straight to the job or to your own customer's address.
I run a shop. Can I buy stock?
You can. For shops and resellers we supply by the pallet and we will think along about which colours are worth stocking. Give us a call and we will set it up together.
What if something arrives damaged?
Call us the same day and we will sort it out together. The colour is here in stock anyway.
